Returns


How does the returns process work? 

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days. Upon receipt of the merchandise, you will immediately receive a credit note or a transfer in the amount of the purchase price to your credit card account or checking account. We not only promise you this - we guarantee it. 
In order to achieve a smooth process, please use the return label and the return form enclosed with your order for your return or request them from us again if necessary. The return shipment is free of charge for you within Germany. Please have the post office confirm the delivery of your return. Shipping costs and return costs for foreign deliveries are borne by the buyer. Please feel free to contact us for further information. 
 Please note that you may use the delivered goods only for the purpose of testing, comparable to trying on in a store. In the event of any further use, we reserve the right to demand reasonable compensation for the value of the goods. The aforementioned restrictions, which result from the listed return modalities, apply in any case only after the expiration of the statutory revocation period. You can of course make full use of your statutory right of revocation in the event of a return.
