How long do I have to wait for my order?

For items that are available for immediate delivery, delivery will be made within one to a maximum of three business days by our shipping service provider DHL* or DHL-Express*. Please select your preferred shipping service provider for your order when completing your order.

*Please note the indicated prices before finalizing your order.

We mark our items with the following symbols to show you the actual availability of your order:

immediately available:
We have this item in stock. If we receive your order on a working day until about 12.00 o'clock, the item will usually be packed and shipped on the same day.

currently not available:
We will gladly notify you when the product is available again. Just enter your e-mail address at the product.

Our stocks are updated for you every 30 minutes during the working day, so that we can always provide you with the current status.

Should a size or an article be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries (except the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the buyer is responsible for the correct customs clearance of the order.

Shipments to Great Britain
The invoiced shipping costs for shipments to the UK in the amount of 40 EUR cover all applicable customs and import fees. Customers from the UK do not have to pay any further customs or import fees for their orders from our online store.

Please note: For shipments to non-EU countries (excluding the UK and Switzerland), the correct customs clearance of the order is the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Our shipping partner DHL delivers within Germany between Monday and Saturday.

If your shipment cannot be handed over to you directly at the specified delivery address, you will find a pick-up slip with which you can pick up your package at the post office indicated on it within 7 days (in Germany). If there is no separate or deviating storage contract with DHL by the recipient, a delivery to a neighbor or another person authorized to receive the package is also possible.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. For items marked "immediately available", the delivery will usually take place within the next one to two working days by postal package. For items that are "available at short notice", you will be informed about the delivery date by us immediately by e-mail or telephone. For items marked with "pre-order now!" the delivery period depends on the availability at the manufacturer.
